How to Purchase
Orders are accepted via phone, e-mail, or U.S. mail by using the contact information at the top of this page. Credit cards are not accepted. Payment can be made by personal check, bank check, or money order in U.S. dollars. Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank. Postage and shipping charges for books are paid by the customer. All orders mailed outside the US must be paid for in advance.
Books
Book prices are posted on each page. Price discounts are offered on orders of five copies or more as indicated. Book stores and universities should be aware that all orders are final, with a strict "no returns" policy except for damage during shipping.
Images
Please call or email Dr. Castner for image prices and obtaining permissions. In most cases a high-resolution scan can be provided quickly when the original is a 35mm color slide. The use of any image is for one-time non-exclusive rights, unless otherwise stated in the written agreement. [details]
